Sven (@runbydesign) takes to the streets to test out the NIke Free Run+ 3’s and gives you the low-down on this update to the Nike Free collection. These are the only shoes in the new lineup that allow insertion of a Nike+ pod, and shouldn’t be confused with the Nike Free 3.0v4’s. The Free Run+ 3’s have an 8mm heel-toe offset, while the Free 3.0v4’s have just a 4mm heel-toe offset.
